3.1 Bookings, kickoffs, and cancellation
- Cancellations 5 business days or more before kickoff: full refund of prepayments.
- Cancellations 2–4 business days before kickoff: 50% refund of prepayments.
- Cancellations within 1 business day of kickoff: non‑refundable prepayment (costs already incurred).
3.2 In‑progress engagements
- Time & materials: refundable portion equals unused prepaid hours minus any non‑recoverable costs.
- Fixed‑scope projects: if delivery has started, refunds are prorated against completed milestones and delivered artifacts.
3.3 Quality concerns
If deliverables materially deviate from the agreed scope, notify us within 10 business days of delivery. We will either remediate within a reasonable time or issue a fair partial refund.
4) Digital products (downloads or online access)
- Unless required by law, digital items are non‑refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- Before access, you may cancel for a full refund.
- EU consumer right of withdrawal does not apply after you explicitly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge loss of withdrawal right.
5) How to request a refund

- We will confirm receipt and may request additional information for verification.
6) Processing timelines and method
- Initial review: typically within 3–5 business days.
- Refund issuance (if approved): within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Bank posting times vary; please allow additional days for your provider to credit funds.
7) Exceptions and non‑refundable items
- Completed hours/deliverables already provided.
- Third‑party fees we cannot recover (e.g., software licenses provisioned at your request).
- Promotional or beta items clearly marked as non‑refundable.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable law.
